Our responsive team seamlessly integrates with your design process, providing quick-turn estimates while maintaining DOD compliance and quality standards.EudaCorp has a very comprehensive selection of completed projects in its historical cost database and we use available copies of estimates structured as building cost models using the MII software WBS structure as well as other client requested cost structures. Customizing these completed estimates based on new project program data, we can create new validation estimates during design Charrettes, with detail line items and current labor rates. The design team and client will benefit by having the confidence of using organized and tested historic data to create current project budgets.
 
We gather and review all project data from client for Q&A meeting. The project scope is thoroughly analyzed and completely defined and the historic construction costs database is checked to prepare cost/sf benchmark. All available geotechnical data past and present are reviewed along with climate anomalies are investigated at project location. If available, the preliminary specifications and drawings are compared for consistency. Responses to questions are considered in preparing the cost estimate and lump sums or square foot cost are avoided where possible. Internal QA/QC of cost estimates are engaged. If project is over-budget, the benefit of creating bid alternates is discussed with owner and project managers. Draft estimate is sent to design team for review and comments and an estimate review meeting with design team are requested. Before beginning any project, we review owner’s budget and scope to align the scope with budget. Costs are developed at each submittal so that adjustments can be made to maintain the project within budget parameters. EudaCorp has expertise in cost estimating utilizing MCACES and MII software and has extensive experience in conducting value engineering support.
 
The EudaCorp team also has the ability to perform constructability, bid-ability, and value engineering type reviews through each stage of development. We will tailor our team to meet the precise needs of each Task Order. Scheduling priorities will be discussed with the owner to understand their requirements. Schedule milestones will be established and monitored on a continuing basis to allow timely identification and minimization of conflicts in manpower scheduling and coordination. Schedule updates will be provided during periodic meetings.
