Claude Eudaric

President & CEO

Claude Eudaric brings more than 40 years of experience to the A/E/C industry, serving as President and CEO of EudaCorp. Mr. Eudaric began his training in cost estimating for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection (MEPF), and Communications during his tenure at the family-owned business of Joe Carter Construction, founded in 1944. In 1999, Mr. Eudaric founded the company, Apex Cost Consultants, Inc., dba EudaCorp which provided the opportunity to not only further develop his MEPF estimating skills, but also become proficient in the evaluation of all phases of construction estimates and cost management – from Conceptual Design to Construction Documents.

Jerome Stock

Director Pre-Construction CMA Services, LEED AP

Jerome Stock has more than 41 years of experience in design and construction commercial, institutional and federal projects throughout the United States. Jerome Stock’s thirty-five years in construction encompasses all levels of design coupled with multilple project delivery methods including guaranteed maximum price, design-build and competitive bidding.

Maria Gatela

Lead Cost Engineer, CCP

Maria Gatela is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP)more than 25 years of experience in providing cost estimating, project controls, planning and scheduling, and other related cost management disciplines. She has been involved in projects of all building types including healthcare, universities, hospitality, aviation, correctional facilities, commercial and municipal.

James Peterson

Sr. Construction Cost Estimator

James L. Peterson has 45 years of experience as project manager, senior estimator, draftsman, equipment operator, construction laborer, and as sole proprietor of a construction cost consulting firm. Mr. Peterson has been responsible for conceptual and construction document estimating for projects ranging from $100,000 to $4.5 billion.

L.M. Goode

Project Implementation

Ms. Goode’s responsibilities include project management protocols, project proposal development and client task order management; this also includes contract and change order management; issues management; project mediation; construction project administration support; and project closeout processes. She is also involved in QA/QC and ITR team reviews.

Brandon Eudaric

Secure Documents Control Manager

Brandon’s responsibilities include estimating support and document management. He is proficient with database development and take-off focused on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. He also provides project coordination, maintains project documents and interfaces with clients for successful document transfer protocols in receipt and distribution.

Barrett Eudaric

Junior Estimator

Barrett’s responsibilities include estimating database development and project support. He will be building the infrastructure in the estimating department by leveraging AI to enhance the estimating deliverables.
